Flatiron Festival

The Flatiron Festival is a classical chamber music series conceived as a pilgrimage into the sublime, where each program serves as an offering, combining the rare and the beloved.

Set in a true reincarnation of a 19th-century music salon, embodied by Gotham Arts' spacious yet intimate loft, the second season of the Flatiron Festival spans five centuries of music, presenting a rich panorama of beloved masterpieces alongside works by lesser-known composers and exciting piano transcriptions performed by their own creators. The season also honors major musical anniversaries, celebrating the 240th anniversary of the birth and the 200th anniversary of the death of Carl Maria von Weber, as well as the 120th anniversary of the birth of Dmitry Shostakovich.
